Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies to all our enrichment and instructional programs. It is based on the fact that we limit the size of the classes in our programs, reflecting our commitment to low instructor-student ratios.
If a program is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
For student withdrawals for all but summer camp, refunds will be made based on the following schedule:
- 7 or more days prior to start of program: full refund less $25.00 administrative fee
- less than 7 days prior to start of program: 50% refund less $25.00 administrative fee - once program has started: no refund
For student withdrawals for summer camp, refunds will be made based on the following schedule:
- 7 or more days prior to start of specific camp week: full refund less $25.00 administrative fee
- less than 7 days prior to start of specific camp week: 50% refund less $25.00 administrative fee
- once specific camp week has started: no refund
Requests for refunds based on special circumstances should be made using our Refund Request Form (available on request).
