Schedule Changes Policy
We understand that it may be necessary for a student to change or cancel a scheduled tutoring, HomeWork Plus, or Basics Plus session.
Our policy is to accommodate all schedule change requests to the extent possible.
So that we can allocate our staff to best support all our students, we ask that any request to change or cancel a session be made at least the day prior to the scheduled session.
In the event of a late schedule change request or a missed session, we may, depending on circumstances, require payment of a schedule change fee.
