The Montclair Learning Center is partnering up with New Jersey State Chess Champion, Grandmaster Mac Molner to offer an advanced chess class.

Please inquire about an evaluation if you would like your child to join the class.

The goal of the class is to help students get ready to join tournaments and to help new tournament players improve their skills. Students in class will get a variety of lessons and play competitive games against other classmates, while getting feedback from the instructor. Students will be given optional homework to help reinforce the lessons learned in class. Grandmaster Mac will also update parents on tournament information by sending out links and will help attend tournaments when available.

If you have a second child attending, the total for both students is $400 for the 8 week program.
